Hi! I’m Tiffany, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach (NASM). I believe fitness should support your life, not take it over. It should make you feel strong, energized, and in tune with your body, not drained or overwhelmed. After years of overtraining and seeing little progress, I discovered that real, lasting results come from training with purpose, listening to your body, and building sustainable habits.
At Feel So Good Wellness, my approach is rooted in intentional movement, balanced nutrition, and consistency over perfection. I truly believe that when it comes to working out, you don’t have to do any exercises you dislike. There’s always a way to make your fitness journey enjoyable, and everyone’s journey looks different.
